The new search site ChaCha.com is quickly becoming the search engine of choice and is poised to give Google a run for the top. What puts them over the top? An interactive session with a paid expert Guide. The social search is now seeking Guides!
By now you may have heard of the site that changing the way you search -- ChaCha.com. Since opening to the public in September, the site has set itself apart by offering a brand new concept in internet searching. ChaCha is ideal for the "InfoSeeker" who is tired of mulling through the first two pages of useless information and ads that the well-known search engines provide because of the ability to search with a live "Guide". After entering a search into the search field, InfoSeekers can choose from two options. The first is simply a search performed without a Guide. The results are unique because the site utilizes a search directory which has been programmed by the Guides. The second option is to click the "Search with a Guide" button. This is what sets ChaCha apart and above the rest. A chat window opens communication with a Guide who has been trained to be an expert in your search terms. After a bit of interaction, the InfoSeeker receives the best results with precisely they are searching for -- no garbage sites and no searching through pages of results.
Being a Guide is proving to be a quickly sought after job among those people who are seeking to make money on the internet. In keeping with changing the way things are done, ChaCha went through an early "Alpha" phase and now is in its Beta phase. Along the way, they have recruited over 20,000 independant contractors who are trained as Guides for the site. Guides are paid by the "chat hour" meaning any down time waiting for searches is not paid. But as traffic keeps building, current guides are finding little down time. Starting as an "Apprentice", Guides train for a short, unpaid period as they learn their keywords and advance to the "Pro" level. Guides then begin getting paid between $5 and $10 an hour. Each search is rated by the InfoSeeker and the Guide continues to advance through ChaCha's levels to "Master" then "Elite". Keywords are added, Guides become trainers, and eventually are given the opportunity to create and train their own netowork of Guides. To reward the Master and Elite Guides, they earn a percentage of their networks total earnings. Even better is the ability to pay out any earnings you have collected instantly by clicking a "Pay Me Now" button and the chic ChaCha debit card that is offered. Guides can even have the money wired into their own bank accounts.
As ChaCha has been moving through their Alpha and Beta phases, the demand for Guides is growing. Recently all Master Guides were allowed to add trainees to their networks. This created a huge opportunity for those who may be tired of just surfing the web and are ready to cash in on their efforts. Now is a great time to jump into this position as the ChaCha corporate office is gearing up for a huge opportunity to make substantial earnings in January. The specifics are under wraps currently but if you want to become a guide, visit [url=http://www.guideshq.com]www.guideshq.com and look for the link to become a guide. You may also email the author of this article at tysites@gmail.com and information will be sent to an available Master Guide. So hurry and get your ChaCha heels on. There is money to be made!
