By greger69     Dec 13, 2006 in Entertainment
Jumping out of a truck on interstate 205 at Vancouver Wash. may have been the best thing that ever happened to a 500-pound pig.
A pig was headed for the slaughter house, but he jumped out of the truck and was rescued by Randy and Betty Goggin who run the "Pigs R Us" farm. They took him home and notified the owners who said they could keep her.
" Freeway, as they now call her was treated for road rash, she now lives at the Pigs R Us farm where she will start her new job as a piglet producer.
Its not very often you hear about a condemned 500-pound pig getting a second chance in life
