Customer is quoted a data usage rate of .002 _cents_ per kilobyte. Is charged .002 _dollars_ per kilobyte instead. Wackiness ensues as he tries to explain the difference to support reps and a manager.
You don't have to listen to the whole audio (linked from the story page) but you really should hear just the first minute of it. "Do you understand there is a difference between point zero zero two dollars and point zero zero two cents?" "No."
Classic example of poor training, and bad business practices. I weep for the republic if this is the level of innumeracy we have reached.
