This link contains a list of 7 common health myths- and explains why they are false.
For example, apparently the old adage "Feed the cold, starve the fever" is incorrect. A sick person always needs nutrients, no matter what the illness.
Also, feel free to kiss others even if you or they have a cold-- it's hard to pass on a cold that way. :)
