Taco Bell has confirmed that the green onions in their restaraunts may be the cause of the E.Coli outbreak. They ordered 5,800 restaraunts to remove them.
A preliminary test proved that the onions were the cause, but evidence is not conclusive yet. Bein precautious, Taco Bell ordered them out of all restaraunts.
