Bob Allen has filed an appeal over last month's municipal election. A hearing is set for December 12 at the Lindsay courthouse.
Mr.Allen says the main thing he is concerned about is the number of rejected ballots.
"A total of 5,677 mail-in voter kits received by the City did not count due to improper completion."
I wonder what they are going to do about that? That is a lot of votes in a small city.
