A leaked report by Ontario's Auditor General details spending abuses by executives. They purchased luxury cars and took vacations, all at the taxpayer's expense. The official report is expected to be released Tuesday, December 5
"But it's not just misspending that concerns the government watchdog. Other allegations say some agents from the C.A.S. were up to three weeks late in going to check on the kids in their charge - and some never bothered to show up at all."
No doubt, it is always at the expense of the most vulnerable, children.
