Health Canada warns tamiflu causes hallucinations

Hoffman La-Roche, makers of tamiflu, have been asked by Canada and the US to warn of the side effects of the anti-flu drug. Research shows that the vaccine can cause hallucinations and abnormal behaviour, such as self harm.
They have established a direct connection, but many children in Japan are experiencing this type of behaviour. Although Japan uses 10 times more tamiflu than Canada, warnings are still needed. Wouldn't the '10 times more' account for the population difference between Japan and Canada?

Canada is around 30 million, Japan 120 million, so that accounts for some of the difference in usage, but not all of it. There's still a facotr of 2.5 in there, I guess.

The hallucination happens when you dream that NOT having the flu innoculation doesn't result in serious illness or death (see heart patients, the elderly, children).
