Volvo recalls 360,000 cars

Volvo is recalling 360,000 cars for speed control probelm that could cause engines to lose power. The problematic cars are those built between 1999 and 2002.
Volvo says that it is a problem with the electronic throttle module. The recall was made mandatory by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and applies to Volvo C70 and V70 models built between 1999 and 2002, S60 models built between 2001 and 2002, and S70 and V70X models built between 1999 and 2000(Fox News.com). Volvo claims to have fixed 160,000 of the recalled cars since owners were informed.
