According to the Ottawa Citizen, members from a local church were approached by a man claiming to need money for adult diapers. Apparrently, the individual said he was in town for cancer therapy, and that he needed to buy some diapers and couldn't afford them. A number of caring people gave him amounts ranging from $20 to $50, but later contacted police because something just stunk about the whole situation.
