I think Bell should blame their lack of sales on poor customer service. If I havn't had more problems than I did with Bell. I dropped them in an instant because of it and switched companies.
VANCOUVER (CP) - Telephone company Bell Mobility (TSX:BCE) is suing Telus Communications (TSX:T) over ads they claim are hurting the company.

Bell Mobility has filed a statement of claim in B.C. Supreme Court related to a recent ad campaign for Telus's Flexible Share Plans. The campaign, advertised in several national and B.C. papers, offers Telus customers the opportunity to share certain phone services.

Bell says the ad includes the phrase "only from Telus," which they claim is misleading since Bell offers similar services.

Bell is asking Telus to withdraw the ads as well pay unspecified costs.

Telus has not yet filed a statement of defence.
