She is a skilled mediator resolving many contested matters through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Joshua Joy’s practice in commercial and residential foreclosures has a significant emphasis on litigating contested foreclosures and resolving complicated title issues. Attorney Joy has experience in matters concerning collections, insurance defense, property rights and mediations. Attorney Joy earned his B.A. from the University of Connecticut, and his J.D. from the Quinnipiac University School of Law.
