A U.S. man was ordered to wear a T-shirt with the words "I am a registered sex offender" in bold letter in Delaware because he twice exposed himself to a 10-year-old girl at his workplace, a prosecutor said on Monday.
The court made him wearing the T-Shirt for 22 months after he gets out of jail.
