I never understood why free porn is one of the top hits on Google. 12.1 million pages, at last count. Is this the best use of the Net?
Luckily, the Web 2.0 revolution is changing the rules for the Web, and I predict the online porn industry might not grow as impressively as it did in the '90s. It was a novelty then. Now, we're pretty skeptical at supposed "free porn."
I'd like to think the supremacy of "free porn" be supplanted by something more noble, like social justice or, well, performance poetry.
