Check out this news report posting on YouTube. It says Bush was caught paying off reporters, newspapers and TV stations to cover up stuff. He paid out a crazy $1.6 billion.
The governmental accounting office declared it "legal" and despite criticism Bush said his actions aren't illegal because he's "above the law."
This technically is a move by a dictatorship. Watch this craziness.
