The University of Oregon is investigating an out of control snowball fight, and trying to figure out if it turned criminal after students started to throw snowballs at moving cars at an intersection.
A video was uploaded to YouTube last week, showing students, including football players, throwing snowballs, CBS reports. A tub filled with snow was also dumped on one motorist.
According to Yahoo, one of the victims was Sherwin Simmons, a professor at the school. He was seen exiting his car and being hit with some snowballs, and as he approached the students they started to shout at him and throw more snowballs.
According to Huffington Post, Simmons spoke out about the incident and said that he has decided that he would not be pressing charges.
So far there has been one football player suspended, and the investigation is continuing.
