Actress Lindsay Lohan has reportedly contacted her lawyers over her likeness appearing in the video game Grand Theft Auto V.
According to TMZ, the actress's lawyers are now crafting a lawsuit, demanding the maker of the game, Rockstar Games, to pay out a lot of money for using Lohan's image in the game.
According to The Inquisitr, The images that are being questioned starts with a girl who is on the cover of the game, whose likeness has been linked to Kate Upton in the past. The girl's likeness has also been linked to Shelby Welinder. The woman is seen throwing up a peace sign, holding a phone while in her bathing suit.
That may not be the only likeness that has been used in the game.
According to UPI, The Lohan lookalike begs the player to help her get away away from photographers by taking her home. In another mission the lookalike is seen at a hotel that resembles West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, which is a place Lohan enjoys hanging out at.
When GTA V was released it sold more than $1 billion in the first three days, which made it the fastest-selling entertainment product to date.
