Hit country music duo Florida Georgia Line has filmed a visually-striking music video for their latest radio single "Stay."
The music video stars actor Josh Henderson (from "Dallas" and "Desperate Housewives") in the leading role. Peter Zavadil who directed their previous video for "Round Here" returns as its director. It has been released for a little over a month and it has generated over 3.4 million views.
The song was co-written by their producer Joey Moi and Chris Robertson. It sits at No. 14 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts for the week of November 23.
Tyler Hubbard's vocals are slightly reminiscent of those of Brad Arnold, the lead single of the rock group 3 Doors Down. What makes it even more impressive is that it allows Brian Kelley to showcase his distinct vocals and shine on harmonies, so at times, it feels like two songs in one.
One thing's for sure... Florida Georgia Line continues to be on fire, and hopefully this new single will have enough "staying" power to reach No. 1 and subsequently become their fourth consecutive No. 1 single from their debut full-length album. Both the song and the music video garner 4 out of 5 stars.
