By Markos Papadatos     Nov 3, 2013 in Entertainment
Country trio The Band Perry posted their music video for their latest single "Don't Let Me Be Lonely" on their official YouTube page on November 3.
They are signed to Republic Nashville. The country group is made up of Kimberly Perry and her brothers, Reid and Neil.
"Don't Let Me Be Lonely" was co-penned by country songstress Sarah Buxton, as well as Rodney Clawson and Chris Tompkins. It is the third single off their sophomore studio album Pioneer.
After charting for 11 weeks on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts, it sits at No. 14, for the week ending November 9.
The music video for "Don't Let Me Be Lonely" is warm and moving. It shows the group travelling to various places and performing on different stages, thus giving their fans and audiences a look into their daily lives and what goes on behind-the-scenes. According to the official Country Music Television (CMT) website, the video was directed by Ben Krebs.
The Verdict
The Band Perry's "Don't Let Me Be Lonely" music video is a keeper. Kimberly showcases her mellifluous vocals on this tune and her siblings compliment her well on harmonies. I have yet to come across anything of theirs (video or single) that I do not absolutely love.
This single should skyrocket to the top of the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts, where it rightfully deserves to go, and if there is any justice in this world, it will happen. They are one of the hardest working bands in the genre.
