Alabama topped this weeks poll with a .984 average, .49 points higher than Florida State, but the fact that Oregon has won each game convincingly with their high powered offense meant nothing to the computer as the Seminoles hold a slight .03 lead over the Ducks.
Ohio State is still holding strong and in
fourth, but another great story from this season is Missouri, who has jumped to fifth this week after a big win over Florida, without star quarterback James Franklin.
Miami who is seventh,
Baylor in eighth position, and Texas Tech in tenth are the only other major college football programs in the top ten without a loss, but with strength of schedule playing a big role in the BCS Rankings, these teams will need plenty of help in the coming weeks to jump up in the polls and have a shot at playing in this seasons BCS Championship.
