Warner Bros. Games' Montreal branch has released a motion capture actor trailer for "Batman: Arkham Origins" which comes out this October.
The Montreal branch of Warner Brothers Games has released a new trailer for the upcoming “Batman: Arkham Origins” game. This trailer is taking a cue from Ubisoft (with respects to a special actors trailer for “Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag”), another Montreal based video game studio, in regards to going behind-the-scenes in regards to motion capture aka “mocap.” The the trailer goes behind-the-scenes on the last day for motion capture shooting. From what the trailer shows, the actors do both the voicing and motion capturing. It focuses on the actors that mocap & voice Bruce Wayne aka Batman, Alfred Pennyworth (Bruce's butler and surrogate father figure), and the Joker.
The game's story focuses on Batman in his early crime fighting career. On Christmas Eve, Black Mask has put a multimillion dollar bounty on Batman's head. This brings forth many notable villains that are out to kill Batman. It takes place before “Batman: Arkham Asylum” and “Batman: Arkham City.” Also, be sure to check out the trailer for “Batman: Arkham Origins – Blackgate” which takes place after Batman: Arkham Origins.
For more information, you can check out the game's website. The game comes out October 25 for PC and consoles.
