It is being reported that Apple will unveil the next variation of the ever-popular iPhone smartphone sometime next month.
The rumor has it; it will debut during a special event on September 10. If this rumor holds any truth, the debut of the new phone will come after a year of the current model, the iPhone 5.
There is a lot of gossip about what features the new iPhone will offer. There is increasing rumors that Apple may release a cheaper iPhone or the smart watch, which many consumers are calling the iWatch.
The only feature that is concrete about the new iPhone is it will run on the iOS 7 operating system, which Apple revealed in June at the Worldwide Developers Conference.
Apple products are currently running on iOS 6 systems, but iOS 7 is being put through the testing phases by developers. Apple stated that iOS 7 will be released to the public sometime in the fall.
While everyone is impatiently waiting for the new iPhone, consumers are not positive if Apple’s traditional naming for models and will be known as the iPhone 5s.
