By Alexander Baron     Aug 9, 2013 in Technology
Glasgow - The academic journal "Faraday Discussions" is holding a seminar in September 2014 at the University of Strathclyde. Organic lasers are on the menu.
Faraday Discussions is an academic journal that has been published continuously since 1947. In addition to publishing original research at the cutting edge of science, it holds regular conferences.
These are organised well in advance, and the September 8-10, 2014 meet up has already booked no fewer than eight speakers, but there is still time to submit oral abstract submissions, which close November 18.
Full details can be found on the website.
Although highly technical, this is an important area of science and technology in a world where traditional energy reserves are rapidly being exhausted.
