On July 30, it was announced that up-and-coming country sensation Elizabeth Lyons embarked on her first radio tour, in an effort to promote her latest eponymous EP, as well as her new single “Everything Tonight” and its music video.
She co-wrote all of the six songs on her debut collection.
The music video for “Everything Tonight” was directed by Mason Dixon, who was responsible for producing two of Jake Owen’s music videos for his singles “Barefoot Blue Jean Night” and “The One That Got Away.” Elizabeth co-wrote the single with Grammy-nominated songwriter Ryan Tyndell and her producer, Matt Nolen.
The music video charted at No. 8 on the iTunes Top Country Music Video charts.
Elizabeth has paid radio station visits to such radio personalities as Arnie Andrews from WCOW, Ryan McCall from WGLR, as well as Fletch Brown from WXFL.
She has sold over 65,000 downloads of her music on iTunes and music critics have praised her for her bubbly personality and they have dubbed her as the next “Taylor Swift” in the country genre.
Elizabeth’s self-titled EP debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard Heatseekers East North Central chart and it has stayed on the iTunes charts 400-700 range, as well as iTunes’ Albums Under $8 “Recent Best Sellers” and “All-Time Best Sellers.”
