Unbeaten youth international flyweight champion Milan Melindo is all set to face Juan Francisco 'El Gallo' Estrada of Mexico for the WBO/WBA flyweight titles Saturday at the Venetian Resort & Casino in Macau, China.
Melindo, 25, is undefeated in his 29 professional fights and is aiming to regain the WBO/WBA flyweight titles that Estrada took from fellow Filipino boxer Brian Viloria last April 6.
Melindo will face Estrada in the undercard of the weekend boxing event dubbed 'Fists of Gold II' featuring Chinese Olympic gold medalist Zou Shiming, who is facing Jesus Ortega of Mexico for his second pro fight.
Shiming is being trained by Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach and promoted by Bob Arum's Top Rank Promotions.
Shiming is fresh from his victory against Eleazar Valenzuela of Mexico via a unanimous decision during his pro debut last April.
Another Chinese boxer, Rex Tso of Hong Kong, will clash with Rusalee Samor of Thailand in the undercard.
Estrada, who is defending his WBO/WBA flyweight titles that he won from Brian Viloria has a record of 24 wins and two losses in his professional career.
