Marcel Chagnon served as the music video’s director and it was filmed in Destin, Florida. “Salt Life” is Chuck’s lead-off single from his new “Rough” EP and the Delaware native recently partnered with the ocean lifestyle brand, Salt Life, in an effort to give 20,000 fans a complimentary copy of his EP with their purchase of any Salt Life branded products.
Chuck’s “Salt Life” video has a laid back vibe to it and his fans and viewers will be inspired to hit the beach after watching it. It is the quintessential summer-time song and it is equal in excellence to the summer videos of such country artists as Kenny Chesney and Billy Currington The video showcases Chuck having a good time at the beach, walking around, jet-skiing, sitting on the sand, as well as taking his pet dogs with him on a boat. It will certainly be a real treat for his female fans.
“Salt Life” is one of his best music videos since the one that he filmed for his Top 5 hit “Stealing Cinderella.” Chuck displays a lot of confidence in this video and he appears to be having a fun time.
In addition to his music, Chuck is a co-host of Cumulus’ “America’s Morning Show,” which can be heard on New York City’s “Nash FM 94.7,” along with Blair Garner, Terri Clark, Sunny Sweeney and Lee Ann Womack.
