article imageReview: Elizabeth Lyons stuns on music video for 'Everything Tonight' Special

By Markos Papadatos     Jul 12, 2013 in Entertainment
Rising country singer Elizabeth Lyons’ music video for her single “Everything Tonight” was recently posted on her official YouTube channel on June 30.
She co-penned the tune with Matt Nolen and Ryan Tyndell, and it is the opening track of her six-track self-titled EP.
“Everything Tonight” was directed by Mason Dixon, who has worked with multi-platinum country recording artist artist Jake Owen and he has filmed two of his music videos, for his chart-topping singles “The One That Got Away” and “Barefoot Blue Jean Night.”
It features stunning cinematography such as a night sky, as well as a lake (where a young couple goes fishing), a field and a boat. She showcases her bubbly personality in this clip, as well as her ability to have a good time.
For a breakthrough music video, “Everything Tonight” is well-crafted and it goes well with Elizabeth’s mellifluous vocals. Elizabeth deserves to make it big in country: she knows who she is as an artist, she has a strong vision and she writes her own music. This is a video is worthy of being played on Country Music Television (CMT) on high rotation.
