Watch this superb solo bass cover of Daft Punk's latest hit "Get Lucky" and marvel at the deftness of this guy's guitar artistry. You don't need to be a bass guitar buff to appreciate the skill being displayed here.
You could say you've seen better if you happen to be connoisseur of the art, but you've still got to admit his unique style and talent.
Watch the manner in which he incorporates tapping and his use of octave fills. Some viewers object to the audio panning effect but whatever you think about it, it takes nothing away from the performance.
Nile Rodgers complemented his playing on Twitter: "RT @rigsy... have you seen this?! holy shit! < This dudes a monster. He's chucking on the bass like Nard."
