New York - When six-year-old contestant Aaralyn O'Neil took the stage for her America's Got Talent audition, everyone assumed that she would be singing a sweet little song about butterflies or rainbows. What she delivered instead was a heavy song about zombies.
On Tuesday night, people got to tune in to American's Got Talent to see this new singing sensation perform. Aaralyn took center stage as her older brother played drums behind her.
As she began singing her original song entitled, "Zombie Skin," audience members along with the judges gasped in shock.
According to the Huffington Post, lyrics to the song included:
Everyone listen to me! I am a zombie! I’m gonna eat you up right now! reports that Mel B, who is also known as Scary Spice, was quoted as saying:
Scary Spice is officially scared.
The International Business Times quotes judge Howard Stern as saying:
I was afraid your voice was gonna blow out. That song really packs a punch.
Despite the bewilderment of the judges and audience members, Aaralyn and her brother were advanced to the next round of competition.
The brother and sister duo have also reportedly written songs with titles like "Brush My Hair in Knots" and "Lullaby Crash."
A video of the performance has since gone viral on YouTube with more than 3 million views to date.
