A new trailer for Jobs is now available online, starring Ashton Kuchter as the late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. The film is slated to be released Aug. 16, 2013.
Telling the story of Steve Jobs' rise from college dropout into one of the most revered entrepreneurs of the 20th century, Jobs also stars Josh Gad as Steve Wozniak, Lesley Ann Warren as Clara Jobs and Dermot Mulroney as Mike Markkula, an angel investor and second CEO of Apple Computer.
The trailer shows a young Steve Jobs enjoying his college life before being introduced to the world of computing. He soon creates the start-up Apple and navigates the competitive market of personal computers.
Some lines stand out in the trailer, such as: "We've got to make the small things unforgettable," Kutcher-as-Jobs says while Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' "Can't Hold Us" plays in the background.
Slated for an Aug. 16 release, Jobs is being made with no involvement from Apple whatsoever.
