article imageKate Middleton's Royal baby (boy) will be announced on Twitter

There are still two months before the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, is due to produce a Royal baby. Reports say it will be a boy and press in the U.K. say the little fella's birth will be the first Royal birth announced on Twitter.
It is tradition a Royal baby's arrival is announced by placing a note upon the gates of Buckingham Palace, that is how the birth of Kate's husband, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, and his brother, Prince Harry of Wales, were announced.
Prince Harry to be royal uncle
But the U.K.'s Now magazine (not to be confused with the same-titled mag in Toronto) says that the Royal couple will be using social media to announce their baby, though along with the Twitter announcement there will also be a note placed on the gates at Buckingham.
Last week Kate, 31, was seen shopping and having a cappuccino and biscuit at Chelsea Harbour's Dome cafe in London, without William, who'll be 31 on June 21. The twitter world lit up with the news from those who encountered her.
Prince Harry, reports say, has been telling friends that he is going to be the uncle to a little boy, but Wills and Kate haven't said what gender the baby will be. Kate is due in the middle of July and it will be the couple's first child.
