Eilat - Three rockets landed in Israel's southern holiday resort, Eilat, this morning. No injuries have been reported. Eilat airport has been temporarily closed for incoming flights.
The IDF and Ynet news report of a rocket attack on Eilat early Wednesday morning. It is has not been verified whether the rockets were launched in Jordan or Egypt's Sinai Peninsular.
The Iron Dome system used around Eilat detected the rocket launches causing air raid sirens to sound through the popular national and international tourist resort on the Red Sea. One rocket is reported to have fallen in open ground.
No injuries have been reported.
