By Edwin Gudzević     Mar 29, 2013 in World
Baghdad - At least 23 people have been killed in multiple car bomb attacks near Shia mosques in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad and Kirkuk on Friday. The attacks injured more than 90 people.
Four car bombs have exploded near Shiite mosques during Friday prayers in Iraq.
The bombs exploded within an hour in the districts Jihad, Qahira and Zafraniyah in the Iraqi capital Baghdad. A bomb also exploded in southern Kirkuk. The explosion may have killed at least three people and seventy people were injured.
No group has been accused of the attacks. However, the militant groups said that it may have been Al-Qaeda that attacked because they are against the Shiite-led government in Baghdad.
