article imageWill more people take up physical fitness with arrival of spring?

Cincinnati - Who doesn't want to be physically fit? In a quick-fix world of one-hour dry cleaners, one-hour photo stores and fast-food restaurants, it's safe to think that becoming healthy and transforming into a Greek God can be done quickly too. But no.
Although we have become accustomed to depicting couch potatoes and hermits during the winter months, with the much anticipated arrival of spring, where the sun is shining, the temperatures warm up and the weather just oozes with encouragement of physical fitness, now would be the perfect opportunity to go run for a run, take a stroll around the neighborhood and begin eating right.
In the past month, there have been a handful of reports and studies that highlight the various health benefits of exercising, even if they’re rather minimal. Of course, there are no articles for a quick-fix to exercise and transitioning from an eater of a dozen doughnuts and a body of a pear to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
For instance, in Australia, the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) is urging the national activity recommendation be doubled from 30 minutes each day to one hour in order to fight the apparent weight gain in the country.
Another report from the Ontario Brain Institute suggested that physical activity can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Meanwhile, a different study found that a regular dose of physical activity decreases the risk of heart disease by 30 percent.
If someone wants to finally leap into that realm of physical fitness, where can people turn to? Besides your local gym and athletics store, there are various websites that can be a beneficial aid. Tiger Fitness, for example, is an online supplement store that offers the top supplements in the business and fitness products, such as belts, gloves and shakers.
Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and established in 2001, Tiger Fitness has become one of the top online retailers for bodybuilders, fitness enthusiasts and those looking for assistance in their plight to become healthy and fit.
The company sells more than 8,500 items related to weight loss, health and wellness, bodybuilding supplements, protein and pre-workout supplements designed to enhance the workout experience. Tiger Fitness carries an array of brands, such as Advanced Muscle Science, Absolute Nutrition, Muscle Asylum Product, Nature’s Herbs, Universal Nutrition and dozens of more brand names.
The website has a number of features, including its daily Deal of the Day, free supplement samples and giveaways, contests, live chats and YouTube videos.
Founded by Chad Vordem Esche, the organization was named to the 2012 Inc. 500 List and recognized as one of America’s fastest-growing companies – in the last three years, the company posted a growth rate of 1,311 percent and generated revenues of $2.1 million in 2011, up from $150,297 in 2008.
To increase the amount of opportunities, Tiger Fitness added MTS Nutrition CEO and founder Marc Lobliner to its team as business development director.
“TigerFitness.com has a tremendous team and Chad is unparalleled in his ethical practices and commitment to excellence. We have experienced this growth by keeping it simple,” said Lobliner in a press release. “Our number one focus is to help customers reach their goals and it is our belief that this ‘personalized service’ is the best long-term growth strategy.”
Whether you’re looking to cleanse your body after six months of eating junk food, increase joint or heart health, enhance your recovery or improve your sexual health, Tiger Fitness may have just what you’re looking for. Will you find that eye of the tiger?
