article imageJustin Timberlake charts at No.1 on UK album chart

By Tim Sandle     Mar 24, 2013 in Entertainment
Justin Timberlake, with his latest offering the 20/20 Experience, has knocked David Bowie off the number 1 spot on the U.K. album charts.
Today's U.K. album chart has shown that Justin Timberlake's '20/20 Experience' is at the number one position. This is Timberlake's third solo album, according to the New Musical Express.
Timberlake's effort has deposed 'The Next Day', which is David Bowie's first album for a decade. Bowie's album spent one week at the top spot and selling 94,000 copies in the U.K. alone.
Globally, the Hollywood Reporter predicts, Timberlake's album could sell more than one million copies.
Other changes to the album chart are that Emeli Sande remains at number three with 'Our Version of Events', while the soundtrack to' Les Miserables' has climbed back up to number four.
The new entries into the top 20 are British indie band Suede at 10 with 'Bloodsports' and singer-songwriter Billy Bragg at 13 with 'Tooth and Nail' (which was recently reviewed by the Digital Journal).
