Two Mega Millions tickets worth $250,000 each are yet to be claimed, after PA's Friday night draw. Both winning tickets correctly matched five balls, to win an estimated $187,000 after federal tax. PA's Draw on March 19 now has jackpot of $13 Million.
Lottery officials cannot confirm the identity of either winner until each prize is claimed and each ticket is validated. Pennsylvania Lottery Mega Millions winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.
Pennsylvania Lottery report that the Mega Millions tickets from the March 15 draw were purchased at stores Westmont Beverage, Collingdale, Delaware County and Pathmark, Cottman Ave. Both in Philadelphia.
Each winning ticket correctly matched all five white balls, 04-08-17-22-32, but not the yellow Mega Ball 08, to win individual prizes of $250,000, less 25 percent federal withholding. Pennsylvania Lottery's draw on March 19th, now has a jackpot of $13 Million Dollars.
More than 14,300 other Pennsylvania Lottery Mega Millions players won prizes ranging from $2 to $10,000 in the March 15 drawing.
The Pennsylvania Lottery has contributed nearly $22.6 billion to programs that include property tax and rent rebates; free transit and reduced-fare shared rides.
Each retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling a winning ticket.
