Chelsea, Newcastle and Tottenham have avoided each other in today's quarter-final draw in Switzerland, after England's last representatives in Europe all qualified from the last 16 stage last night.
Europa League - England could have three of the four semi-final spots in this season's Europa League.
The fallen European Champions face Russian side Rubin Kazan, while Spurs meet Swiss champions Basel. Both of these teams will play the first leg at home. Newcastle will take on former European Champions Benfica with the first leg in Portugal. In the last quarter final line-up Turkish side Fenerbache will take on Italians Lazio.
First-leg ties will be played on April 4th with second leg ties on April 11th

Chelsea and Tottenham both limped past their last 16 opponents last night. Chelsea were saved by a late goal from striker Fernando Torres to win 3-1 on the night against a spirited Steaua Bucharest side to qualify 3-2 on aggregate. Goals from Mata, Terry and Torres cancelled out Chiriches strike for Steaua just before half time.
Spurs needed extra time to qualify against Inter Milan even though they demolished Milan 3-0 in the first leg in London a week ago. Strikes from Cassano, Palacio and a William Gallas own goal stunned Andre Villa's Boas's Tottenham side who were saved by a strike from Emmanuel Adebayor in the first half of extra time. Afterwards, Inter pulled one back through Alvarez for Inter to win 4-1 on the night. However, Spurs qualified through the only away goal of the tie.
Newcastle left it late to dispatch of Anzhi Makhachkala. Papais Cisse with the stoppage time winner as Newcastle won 1-0 on aggregate, after the first-leg in Russia finished goal-less.
Earlier, the draw for the Champions League took place with Barcelona being paired with PSG.
The other ties are Malaga v Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid v Galatasaray and Bayern Munich v Juventus.
First-leg ties will be played on April 2nd and 3rd, with the second legs on April 9 and 10.
