Houston - After a mother discovers explicit Facebook messages, a nurse's aide at Taylor High School in Houston is charged with having sex with a student on school grounds.
38-year-old Maria Calvillo is charged with two counts of felony improper relationship with a student according to the local ABC affiliate in Houston. The allegations surfaced after the mother of a 12th grader discovered explicit messages on her son's Facebook page.
During an initial interview with police in October, the nurse's aide at Alief Taylor High School stated the conversations with the High School senior took place using a Facebook account she held under a fake name, according to court documents the innocuous conversations turned to "somewhat sexual kind of discussions."
Maria Calvillo denies having sex with the 12th grader, however he allegedly states that the two had sexual intercourse in a storage room in the school's clinic.
According to KHOU the nurse's aide herself is married with children. Calvillo's bond was set at $20,000 it is unknown whether or not Maria Calvillo is still an employee of Taylor High in Houston. School officials did not comment to the press.
