Hawaii's own Makana gives a great backing to this video showing an enthusiastic Occupy Monsanto anti-GMO protest on Kauai, Hawaii on February 13. GMOs are not welcome in the Aloha state.
On February 13, 2013 Kauai, Hawaii took a stand against GMOs. Right in the middle of the traffic in Kapaa, people carried and waved signs at passersby, wishing to raise awareness to those who do not, as yet, know the dangers of GMOs and the Big Pesticide companies who want to control the food supply of the whole world.
With Kauai being one of the first major open-air test centers for GMO crops, people have had enough.
