Greenville County deputy coroner Jeff Fowler ruled the shooting an accident, while not divulging whether the toddler shot himself or if someone else killed him. His parents, grandparents and 7-year-old sister reportedly live in the same apartment; according to GreenvilleOnline
, the grandparents and sister were home at the time of the deadly accident.
