Spanish chimpanzee addicted to human porn

Sevilla - A female chimpanzee in a Spanish zoo has become addicted to human pornography after zookeepers allowed her to have access to a television and a remote control.

The New York Daily News reports that Gina, a resident of the Seville Zoo, was given access to a remote control with which she could select channels to watch on a television set installed behind a glass wall. "Within a few days, Gina was not only using the remote control perfectly well, but she also [chose] the porn channel for entertainment, as many of us would have done," primatologist Pablo Herreros wrote in the Spanish daily El Mundo. Herreros said that Gina's behavior surprised him but "the truth is that human and non-human primates possess an intense sexual life." This isn't the first time such libidinous behavior has been observed among chimpanzees. In the book "Lucy: Growing Up Human," the eponymous chimp raised by psychotherapists Jane and Maurice Temerlin enjoys masturbating to a Playgirl magazine.
