The officers protected the children while attempting to cease the fighting. When they did so, more brawling erupted. During the violence, furniture was broken and bottles smashed.
Police Sgt. Daniel McGowan described the scene as "a nightmare."
ABC reports approximately 200 people were involved in the brawl, with four arrests being made. Paulo Pires Depina and Patrick Cardoso Lopes, both 24, were arrested along with 22-year old Aderito Lopes Deandrade. A 14-year-old boy, whose name was not released, was also arrested.
