Speculation is rife that the fourth-generation of the North Korean communist dynasty has been secured with the birth of Kim Jong-Un's first child.
There has been no official word from secretive North Korea that first lady Ri Sol-Ju, wife of the esteemed leader Kim Jong-Un, has given birth. However, rumours are rife that Kim has become a first-time father.
The Star reported photographs of his wife have revealed the absence of what was speculated to be a baby bump.
According to Gulf News Ri dropped out of the public eye in October amidst rumours she was pregnant. When she next made a public appearance in December, to mark the anniversary of her father-in-law's death, she appeared to be pregnant.
By January the bump had gone, leading to speculation that she has produced the first installment of the next generation of the Kim dynasty. South Korea's Chosun Ilbo said: “Ri Sol-ju with her tummy reduced in 11 days. Has she come out right after childbirth?”
