Video: 'Robotics;Notes' official season 2 trailer

The official trailer for the second season of "Robotics;Notes" shows that the story is starting to get more intense as a group of high school students are dragged into a dark conspiracy.

A new trailer has been released for the upcoming second season for the currently airing Japanese anime series called “Robotics;Notes.” This series is the third installment of the anime series created by the visual novel company called 5pb. The first and second series are “Chaos;HEad” and “Steins;Gate” with the “delusional science” in the former and “hypothetical time-traveling science” in the latter. Robotics;Notes deals with “augmented science” which is part of everyday life in 2019 Japan. The story focuses on a high school's robotics club as the members try to raise funds. Eventually, when trying to raise funds and bring publicity to the club, the characters inevitably get dragged into a deeper and darker conspiracy. As this trailer shows, the second half of the series gets more serious as robots are wreaking havoc in Japan. The series is bound to get very intense in this second half when there's a lot more at stake such as the fate of the world. Season 2 of Robotics;Notes airs in Japan on January 10.
