Very few of us get a glimpse of space and how Earth looks from orbit, but thanks to Canadian mission specialist Chris Hadfield's recent photos aboard the International Space Station, we can learn more about the life of an astronaut.
First he sang a Christmas carol while aboard the ISS earlier this month. Now Hadfield, currently living in space aboard ISS as Flight Engineer on Expedition 34, is using social media to share his experience in orbit.
For the past few days, Hadfield has posted Twitter photos of Earth from the ISS's perspective, devices he uses, portraits of him floating aboard the ISS and much more. Below are 10 photos offering a taste of Hadfield's mission:
