Beverly Hills - A YouTube video that shows Hollywood celebrities demanding a plan to end gun violence in the United States has gone viral, but another video that demands these individuals to “go f**k themselves” is also making the rounds
Jamie Foxx, Jeremy Renner and Jason Bateman are demanding a plan to end gun violence. These three actors as well as other actors, actresses and musicians came together for a 1:22 video that had each person name a tragic shooting and then urging President Barack Obama and the Congress to do something about it.
Essentially, the video advocated for gun control and implement the following items:
- Require a criminal background check for every gun sold in America
- Ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines
- Make gun trafficking a federal crime, including real penalties for “straw purchasers”
Days later, a video was published that looked at each actor’s or artist’s demands for action, while also showing viewers their careers that have involved glorifying shooting guns in motion pictures.
For instance, Jamie Foxx is highlighted with his work in “Miami Vice” and The Kingdom,” both featured a lot of gun shootings. Another clip showed Amy Poehler demanding a plan, but then depicting her playing around with a gun in some film or television skit.
There have been a few copies posted on YouTube as well as an extended cut and a clean version published by the original uploader. At the time of this writing, there have been more than 200,000 views and thousands of Likes and hundreds of dislikes.
