article imageLiLo's probation revoked: Jail time imminent for fallen starlet

By Richard Mccallum     Dec 12, 2012 in Entertainment
Los Angeles - Lindsay Lohan's probation has been revoked by a judge in Los Angeles today. An upcoming hearing on her probationary status has put the Hollywood starlet in jeopardy and she may be jailed as a result.
LiLo did not appear in court Wednesday but she was represented there by her attorney Shawn Holley.
Lohan now faces a myriad of charges and the penalty may be compounded by the fact that many times she has been cautioned with probation. Should she be found guilty of one or more of the charges , then those other probationary orders may be revoked resulting in a significantly increased amount of jail time.
She now faces three counts of reckless driving, obstructing a police officer from performing duties, and lying to a police officer.
These charges occurred after the actress had been involved in a dangerous car crash with her Porsche.
Witnesses allege that she lied about the accident and this in turn may impact upon a incident where she was accused of stealing a valuable jeweled necklace in Beverly Hills in which she had also been awarded probation as a result of the court case.
If she is shown to be in violation of her probation on this case then she may face up to 245 days in jail.
Her next court hearing is set for January 15/13
The troubled thespian is facing a misdemeanor charge for assault in New York City.
