Bradenton - Legal luminaries may have added a new jargon, to wit, "post-coital battery," after Raquel Gonzalez, taking Missy Elliot's "I don't want no one minute man" complaint too seriously, blew a fuse, and battered her boyfriend after a case of "premature orgasm."
According to police report, obtained by The Smoking Gun, Gonzalez, 24, was arrested Monday, for felony domestic battery and booked into the Manatee County lockup with a bond set at $750.
The Smoking Gun reports that a bemused officer at the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, wrote that Gonzalez and Esric Davis, 30, are a "boyfriend and girlfriend who live in the same home and are involved in a sexual relationship."
In an unusually explicit report, police said Davis and Gonzalez were "involved in sexual intercourse," in their quiet cul-de-sac home, in Bradenton, Florida, when Esric crossed the finish line ahead of Gonzalez. Frustration set in on the part of the sluggish partner who, feeling cheated of her rights, cried foul and registered her displeasure with "hitting and scratching, causing scratches near his [Davis's] eye and nose.”
Davis told investigators that this is not the first time that he has climaxed ahead of Gonzalez. He said that when it happens, she "goes off" and gets physical with him.
The police report says that Gonzalez continued fuming, bemoaning her lost orgasm and remained "belligerent and uncooperative," especially after officers reminded her of her Miranda rights. But, according to the report, she offered a "spontaneous" remark that revealed the truth of the incident: "I have scratches on me too from where he tried to restrain me when I lost it.”
But the experienced Sheriffs guessed that alcohol use may have been a factor in the alleged battery.
