The missile attacks were heavy early this morning on Southern Israel. Direct hits occurred in Beersheva. Apartment buildings and vehicles were destroyed and a public bus was damaged.
As reported on Israel's Channel 10 news and Ynet a barrage of at least 16 rockets were fired on the southern city Beersheva. At least nine were intercepted by the iron dome defense devices, but others directly hit apartment blocks and vehicles. A bus was damaged by flying shrapnel. One person was lightly injured.
As Ynet news report and Channel 10, Sderot, Ashkelon and Ofikim are still under attack this morning.
