Canadian pop star Justin Bieber is back in the entertainment headlines - in some cases the news headlines - with a reported break-up with girlfriend Selena Gomez. Saturday the 18-year-old commented on the break-up, though he didn't say much.
“I don’t know what to say," Bieber told radio host John Garabedian on Garabedian's American radio show 'Open House Party' when asked about the break-up. "I don't know, really, what’s even going on in my life. To even assess that doesn’t make sense because I have not made any comment.”
The radio host then moved on to other subjects, which leaves Bieber fans, and the entertainment media, with little to go on. Last week the news had come from E! Online that the two had broken up sometime around the beginning of the month. "It was getting harder and harder to maintain a relationship," E! Online quoted an unnamed source.
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez: family visits

She has spent time with him and his family in his hometown of Stratford, Ontario and he has visited her family in Grand Prairie, Texas. Gomez, 19, is a singer and starred in the 'The Wizards of Waverly Place' TV show.
There have been rumors of Bieber dating model Barbara Palvin, who he was seen at a Lion King's show in New York with on Nov. 8, but she had strongly denied the rumor and said they are simply friends. Which is what Bieber and Gomez were saying two years ago....
Bieber on 'Believe' Tour in North America
Bieber is on a short break from his 'Believe' tour and will soon have plenty to do to keep his mind off of the break-up as he gets back on the road in Pittsburgh on Nov. 20. He'll continue to tour in the U.S. and Canada until traveling to Europe in February to begin touring over there.
